Update: For
the 1st half of 2007, there were 1163 single
family homes sold and closed in Albany County, compared
to 1158 during the same period in 2006. The average
percentage of list price realized by Albany County home
sellers was 97.9% vs. 97.1% in 2006. The average time on the market was
72 days compared to 58 days in 2006. Average selling
price was $234,663 compared to $223,027. Long term mortgage rates are currently in the
mid 6% range. The market is
continuing to adjust. |
